I graduated from the California Western School of Law in 1992,
passed the Bar Exam the first time, and was sworn in as a
California Attorney in December of 1992.
I offer a free initial telephone conversation or
email consultation. I am an experienced, aggressive, and dedicated
attorney that personally represents my clients. You will not
be farmed out to a junior attorney or law clerk.
I personally meet with the prosecutors to negotiate
your case and get you the best possible deal. On misdemeanor
cases, if you hire me, I can appear in court on your behalf.
You do not need to come to court unless you want to.
I handle cases at the Downtown, El Cajon, Southbay,
and Vista Courthouses as well as DMV administrative hearings.
I will promptly write you letters, answer your phone calls
and emails in order to keep you informed about what is happening
with your case.
